Girder transporter is a specially designed prefabricated beam transport machine for highway bridge construction. It is composed of two independent running mechanism (driving and driven vehicles).

The main car of girder transporter sets four-cylinder or six-cylinder diesel engine with four-level deceleration to provide the driving force for whole machine travelling.The final drive is driven by wheel rim or planetary gear.

Hydraulic steering and air brake function is set. Generally, there are multiple forward and backward gears.The auxiliary engine has single cylinder diesel engine to provide power for hydraulic steering. Girder transporter is mainly suitable for bridge construction site and prefabricated casting yard.
