Material handling machines (MHM) is used for the movement and storage of material within a facility or at a site.
Material handling machines encompasses a diverse range of tools, appliances and accessories involved in transporting, storing, controlling and protecting products at any stage of manufacturing, distribution consumption or disposal.
MHE can be classified into the following two major categories:
Transport machines: Transport machines used to move material from one location to another.
e.g. between workplaces, between a loading dock and a storage area, etc.
The major subcategories of transport machines are conveyors, cranes, and industrial trucks. Material can also be transported manually using no machines.
Huada Heavy Industry has gantry crane, straddle carrier, rail mounted container gantry crane and rubber tyre container gantry crane. These machines could be used in precast yard and factory etc.
Positioning machines: Machines used to handle material at a single location so that it is in the correct position for subsequent handling, machining, transport, or storage. Unlike transport machines, positioning machines is usually used for handling at a single workplace.
Huada Heavy Industry has overhead crane, electric hoist, electric winch and marine hoist. These machines could be used in workshop and boat etc.
