on the 15th of May, 2020 two batches of long-line precast mould, and totally 5 sets molds, were all completed the delivery.

These moulds totally uses 20 pcs 40 feet open top containers and all the inner formwork are completed assembly in the containers so as to save more installation time in client's site.

In the beginning of this project, our client plane to book 2 sets mold. With the change of the segments' size as the required of project designer and owner, the segment type increases and the construction time is shorten. In this situation, Huada Heavy Industry adjusts the production plan timely and decide to deliver the mould into two batches so that client do installation and debugging the first batch firstly during the production of the second batch.

The increase of the product number is not only due to the demand of the project, but also the customer's recognition of Huada's technical support and service. Though we have 12 hours time difference, the video meeting and communication never be affected.
