Segment lifter machine, also known as deck erection gantry. It is mainly used for highway and cross-river and cross sea steel box girders or other standard segments assembly and construction.

Main engineering features of the 300 ton segment lifter machine:
1.Long Changjiang bridge construction
2.Complex construction conditions by crossing flood control area most sensitive area.
3.Main bridge 816m one of longest span in the world.
4.The seismic technology of large main bridge and north beach bridge in high seismic intensity area.

The whole project has a total length of 5.4 km, among which, Changjiang bridge length 4302.5m. Bridge main engineering: main bridge main span 816m hybrid cabled-stayed bridge, span layout (100+298)m+816m+(80+2×75)m, bridge tower is H type, south tower height 267m, north tower height 224.5m.

Huada Heavy Industry 300 ton segment lifter machine is mainly used for the segment girders erection and assembly in this project.
