Since 2008, we have been designing, supplying and operating bridge deck erection gantries, also known as segment lifter. Our bridge deck erection gantries have been used to erect suspension bridges, cable-stayed bridges and bridge decks for steel and concrete land/sea viaducts.

We provide complete design and supply services, as well as on-site supervision, assisting and training the customer on-site team to assemble, commission, operate and maintain the deck erection gantry. We are also very glad to pass the steel drawings to our customers so that they can make their own steel mills to the project site to save costs.

Two deck erection gantries work in tandem with its mirror equivalent, with one deck erection gantry erecting in one direction from the pier and the second lifter erecting in parallel in the opposite direction.

Each deck erection gantry is specifically designed to meet the load and geometry of each project, taking into account the cost of the gantry, the installation plan and the labor required for the operation, resulting in the most cost-effective total solution.
