We are proud to announce the successful site installation of another two sets of our 80t gantry cranes for Railway Projects in Southeast Asia.

In fact, this is not our first collaboration with this client. Our story began five years ago with the Cebu project. Very impressed that our technical team and sales department would basically have technical communications going until 11 or 12 o'clock every day for several months. At the end of the day, the hard work paid off and the customer chose Huada Heavy Industry as their supplier of gantry cranes and girder transporters!

The following is what our customers picked up for their special requirements of the 2 sets 80t gantry cranes:

First, to ensure its function of horizontal travelling of the 80t gantry crane, which means that the gantry crane needs to change rails during its travelling. Of course, our team of engineers quickly hammered out the following solution as an attached draft drawing, using hydraulic jacking to implement this function.

Second, to limit the spacing between the site segment girder and gantry crane, we need to control the size of our 80t gantry crane design very precisely to allow our customers to maximize the use of their storage area. We are constantly optimizing our solution, and we have even adjusted the position of the work platform, the choice of the crane's travelling reducer, and the tight control of the jacking system, among other things.

Please be assured that the special technical requirements mentioned above will be difficult to achieve if a supplier does not have professional manufacturing experience and extensive experience in construction projects. In addition, combined with the actual working conditions of our customer, we also equipped with electric rotary hooks for the 80t gantry crane, and submitted them the rail foundation drawing, bolt spacing size suggestions and so on.

As an equipment supplier, ensuring that the functions of the equipment are normal, and reduce the cost of on-site installation for customers is also Huada Heavy Industry's consistent objective! And also considering the special of the two 80t gantry crane, we did the factory installation to test some key functions before shipping.

Here we would like to thank our production department who braved the cold wind and snow, insisted on working outdoors in minus seven or eight degrees, and successfully completed the test of the 2 sets of 80t gantry cranes!



Before the Chinese New Year, our installation engineers also arrived on time at the customer's site to assist and guide the installation. Two weeks later, the first installation was successfully completed and now, one of the 80t gantry cranes has been already put into use for lifting segment at our customer's site.




The 2 sets of 80t gantry cranes have increased the confidence and determination of our customers to build on the long-standing and intensive cooperation with Huada Heavy Industry and also wish for greater breakthroughs in Southeast Asia.
