600 Ton 35 M Segment Launching Gantry with Span by Span Method is used for the construction of YunZhan Expressway, now it is successfully completed the first span and following 12 spans’ fabrication.
Launching girder is the first step in the construction of the beam, is also a very important step. Work process:
feeding segments from bottom of LG→lifting the segments→hang→adjust the height→coating epoxy→accurate positioning→temporary prestressed tensioning→permanent prestressed tensioning→dismantle the suspender→finish assembly.
