Full span method means to install one whole span precast girder at one time, and currently is the most used method in construction of high-speed railways, road bridge construction and bridge erection, such as, various bridges, the skew bridge, curved bridge, cross bridge and long bridge, etc.. The whole structure is of Full Span Launching Gantry could be Box Type or Truss Type. Generally the full span method is suitable for bridge with span 20 M, 24 M, 32 M and girder weight 450T-900T.
The girder are already precated and tensioned in the casting yard. Normally, this 900 Ton 32 M Full Span Launching Gantry work with beam hoisting gantry crane, beam transporter and integrating the work of bridge beam making, transporting, and launching.
