Sept.17, 2017. Through almost 4 months’ technical negotiated with our Malaysia client and make the final agreement about the Precast Segment Moulds for the segmental bridge construction.
The design width of the main line prefabricated section is 10.5 M, the beam height is 2.1 M, and the maximum weight of single segment is about 50 ton. The standard span of 30 meters is 11 pieces of prefabricated section, and the 35 M span is made up of 13 prefabricated segments.

The precast segment moulds play vital role in the production process. Huada Heavy Industry can provide the precast segment moulds for long line, short line and full span methods of casting for single and double box girder for casting of beams.
