Background: In the year 2022, our client ordered the 150ton beam carrier from Huada Heavy Industry due to our excellent service and equipment.

Special Technical Communication:
The beam carrier is used not only to carry the girder, but also to carry the tube. In effect, for the girder / beam, it is held in place by support rods, wire ropes, and chains; for the tube, it is fixed by the v-shaped support base, wire rope and manual chain block. In addition, the beam carrier can carry various dimensions of girder or tube. Generally, the beam bottom width is ≤ 1500mm, the beam height is ≤2700mm, and the tube pile diameter is ≤ 3000mm.

    

Moreover, the key details of the steering system of the beam carrier are presented. The main car is a driving car (including driving force), and the aux-car is a passive car (no power, with steering). In normal transportation, the main car drives in the rear, and the aux-car drives in front (driven forward by the main car). The main car and the aux-car are synchronized. The mode of transport is a routine method in the industry.
